If I could give this company a negative (-5) stars I would. For over a week I have been UNABLE to access their web-site with a message that "the application is unavailable." When phoning into the office, you are asked to press 0 for immediate assistance, which takes you back to a message to dial in your extension and simply keeps you in a repetitive loop and you actually get NO ONE on the line. In addition to that, I requested a phone meeting with a HR adviser. I was to have heard back from them within 72 business hours. My request was placed week before Thanksgivings. So here is my assessment: On line ease of use: Very Poor -5Customer Service: Customer "NO" Service is more like it -5Follow up: non-existent -5Access to information: Extremely poor -5Sales Presentation: Fabulous, completely believableI do not recommend this service.Angela Davis
