Terrible customer service. No help. Password locked out, and wont let me reset. Need to get W2 today, and was told my password reset may take 2 days to go through....really!? i need my form today, and they couldnt help me get it. Useless.
Feedback:
Did not do what I instructed them to do with my money then acknowledged the mistake was their fault yet they can't do anything to fix it, this is not professional and completely unacceptable.
