ADP payroll services and payroll processing company paid my employees twice, overdrawing my payroll account and ruining my ability to pay outside contractors for a week. Then they clawed back the extra payment from my employees credited back both payroll payments to my account which also triggered an insufficient funds fee in ADP and triggered a hold on my payroll account. DUH!?!? So I had to waste days of my life trying to explain to them what happened got the hold lifted and the first intended payroll paid. Guess what happened next payroll???Payroll could not be processed due to a hold on my account! The levels of incompetence is unrivaled. Stay away from ADP payroll services and payroll processing company if you value your business.
