My employer is contracted with this company for payroll. I have USAA for banking. I’ve had this bank account since I was 16 years old. Never in all of these years have I ever received a deposit on the actual deposit date. My bank gives you a deposit one day in advance. My employer submits Payroll on Sunday, and the deadline is on Wednesday, so why is it I get paid on Fridays instead of Thursdays. Not to mention, it’s very inconsistent, payroll is submitted on Sunday, and the deadline is on Wednesday, so why is it I get paid on Fridays instead of Thursdays. Not to mention, it’s very inconsistent. Two weeks in a row I will get my deposit on Thursday, and then three weeks in a row I will get my payment on Friday. Then when you call and ask about this information, they state that as long as your employees get paid on Friday they are not at fault.
