Placed an order on 4/7/15 to have a front screen enclosure done for my home. Was told it would be done the week of 5/3, it wasn't.I was then promised it would be finished by 5/18, it wasn't.Then I told the company if it could not be completed by 5/28 to cancel the order.Again I was promised it would be done by the 28th.As of noon today I went to the office and cancelled my order with this company.Not once did I ever receive a call or email without me first reaching out to them to check on the status.Never did they inform me of any delay until I asked why it was not done by the time they promised.Each time I got a new excuse from Paula about all the problems they had with staffing, rain, jobs in front of me, etc.All of these promises were made by email, so I even have the documentation to back this up.It is not a he said she said.Today she (Paula) emailed me after I went and cancelled the job that there are 6 jobs from March that are in front of mine.How in Gods name can they promise to have my job completed on all those different occasions and now tell me they have 6 jobs that were placed in the month before mine was placed.This is not a trust worthy company and I would warn everyone to not believe what they are being told because it is most likely not true. Stay away from doing business with this company if you want a job done in a timely manner and done when promised.
