Greensboro Office, I would not give this branch any stars at all. I have called, e-mailed, and never get one call or email back.. they must not need anyone to put on a job... poor customer service, poor every thing****** I need to revise my last review.**** Shortly after I posted my review, one of the Managers/CSR at APR Lorrell Hyde, contacted me and apologized to me for missing my email- apparently there was some issue with them going to spam. Also, seemed like I was getting lost in the information hand off not getting my call back. After a few phone calls and time constraints, I met with Lorrell Hyde. After speaking with her in person and being able to go through my resume, I feel that we are now on even ground and can move forward.. I feel confident that we can form a great partnership. Lorrell is exceptional at her job, and very easy to talk to, I feel that she will do all she can to help me find good, stable, employment. I highly recommend Lorrell @ APR.
