Overall Feedback:

I was in the same office space with Advantage Recruiting for over five years. There is nobody I would go to before I went to Rolland. The thing you need to understand about Rolland Brown is that he is a professional. If you are unprofessional he will let you know you are being unprofessional. I can't count the number of times I would talk with him and he would express his frustration about flakey unprofessional candidates. Rolland's clients are the employers, not the candidates. He takes representing them very seriously. When someone no-shows it reflects on Rolland not the candidate. Notice all the negative reviews are from candidates, not employers. If you are someone who can't keep a job, or isn't serious about being a full-time professional, then don't work with a professional organization - go to a temp agency. If you are an employer looking to work with a recruiting company that will have your back, you can trust Advantage Recruiting.
