Rolland is VERY unprofessional. He called me multiple times, texted, and emailed constantly after our phone interview. When I did not show up to the interview due to being sick, he called my current employer. I called him to say I was no longer interested in the position, he then followed with rude comments and began to harass me. Followed by telling me he would report me to HR boards. What a great guy. DO NOT waste your time here. I’m very disappointed. His actions are concerning, and I would personally recommend reaching out to a different recruiting agency if you are looking for a job. He will say anything to degrade you.
