Didn't even respond after a week until I called to follow up. Then they called me a few days after I had followed up with them around 5pm (when the office closes) to tell me that they were not going to take my case. I asked why and they said it was do to their case load. Unprofessional, hire more attorneys if you can't meet the demand!
