Stay away! This place use to be great but no longer is. Went in for some preventative care before an ear ache & scratchy throat escalated. Was seen by APN M. Colon who literally saw me for 30 seconds, that may be an exaggeration, looked in my ear for 2 seconds & immediately gave me a script for an ultrasound of my left neck and out the door I went. Never looked at my throat or felt the need to when questioned her, never gave an explanation to justify the necessity of an ultrasound, simply dismissed me as if I were beneath her. I would have gotten more advice from a pharmacist at CVS. Urgent care facilities are all over, be sure to go somewhere else.

Took my wife for a simple ear wax cleaning. Her ear has been bleeding for 3 days now... Super shady business!

I made an appointment and was taken care of immediately. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I will never go to a emergency room again!!!!

I do not recommend this office. I had a very bad infection. After keep me there for almost two hours waiting, they didn't gave me anything for the pain or even to help infection go away. I must attend the advice of a lady who was telling the front desk girl that they had a poor service and and just took her money out. ;(

The doctor here literally spends two seconds in the room, treats you like she doesn’t want to touch you because we might have diseases or something and refuses you help. You can’t talk because she’s literally in and out. Awful place horrible staff. I have two stars because it’s clean, that’s about it.

I have gone into this facility to see a doctor at least 5 or 6 times. The first 5 times were great and I had no complaints. They even called and checked up on me a while after each visit.However the last visit was a disaster and since then a family member went there and was treated the same way I was.Not sure if the ownership changed hands or what the problem is but they clearly have an entirely new team working there and those people are TERRIBLE!On my last visit which was a FOLLOW UP after all the medications they prescribed me did NOT work, I was seen by a completely different doctor who I never saw at this facility before.Ignoring the fact that while waiting in the room I could hear her and the rest of the women who were working there standing around talking about VERY inappropriate things that I just did not want to listen to, the woman came in to the room and was clearly bothered by having to speak with me.Lets start with her body language. She stood at the farthest corner of the room away from me, with arms crossed on her chest, and one foot leaning on the wall.Once I explained that I have been sick for an entire month and already went through the round of medications they prescribed to me, she proceeded to sigh with annoyance and treat me as though I was an addict asking for drugs! It was disgraceful!She sent me out of there telling me I've got "allergies". When I told her I have never suffered from allergies and asked what I was specifically allergic to her response was "well, you live in New Jersey and it is March so that is why I'm telling you it is allergies. I can't tell you what you are allergic to and had we been anywhere else in the country I would try to treat you for something else. You should take some over the counter Sudofed." When I said that it raises my blood pressure and that I would prefer not to take that specific medication, her response was "Oh yeah?! Then don't take it." She clearly wanted me out of there so she could continue her inappropriate conversation with the other employees.Fast-forward a month later... My mother in law goes in with lower back pain. The doctor treats her the same way. Refuses to physically touch her and treats her like she is disgusted!! Sends her out of there with ibuprofen and a hot compress. She then goes home and vomits for hours.I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ABSOLUTELY ANYONE!If you don't know how to deal with PEOPLE you shouldn't be working WITH PEOPLE! I get that misery loves company but this is just disgusting behavior from medical professionals!

I came in on a Sunday with an infected hand from a cat bite. I was seen right away, given x-rays, and was prescribed antibiotics and advised on the best course of action for after I left.

Horrible service, unreliable admin, not accountable for what they say over the phone.They sign you up for one doctor and give you another. The doctor will barely look at you. You'll spend more time answering dumb questions for the nurse.Will not help with any kind of paperwork for work. Even if your company calls them to ask for it.
