Terrible experience with them. They did my taxes incorrectly, so I got audited and ended up owing additional taxes and late fees/fines. I informed them of the deadline to remedy the situation with the tax office. They said it would be no problem to fix it by then, but I heard nothing from them until I called them after the deadline. They were dismissive and rude on the phone, and told me that my questions would have to be answered by "him", but gave me no indication of who that was or how to reach him. I'd recommend steering clear of this office. There are plenty of other tax preparation offices that know what they're doing, will offer audit protection, and will treat you with respect.
