I would give zero stars if possible, stay AWAY from Michael and his team is possible, they are super money minded and try to get additional money out of you at each step, and once they have all your details, if you don't agree to pay their terms, he will threaten you with collection agency bills so you have to pay him....he hoodwinked me into a full tax charge after an initial consult (which i was happy to pay for) and was very rude and abrupt over the phone. I would stay away from them as the reason I didn't want to file with them after the consult was that some of his suggestions sounded quite shady to me....save yourself a lot of headache and try another service instead
