As fine as the title girl is, this place has horrible service and almost cost us a deal as well as charging $800 in fees that they had agreed not to charge.

One star is generous. I have had the unfortunate experience of completing two transactions with this company. They are the least accommodating title company I've dealt with. Forget warm cookies waiting for your signing... you have to drive an actual paper check into their office. Welcome to 1870, before wire transfers existed.
