Have been a member here for almost a year, and have loved their service. Always very polite. I love the ATM at the main office. Makes it easy to adjust my account after hours. My favorite part about the service, is that they always check for ID and makes sure every transaction is signed for. I very much feel that my money is safe here.

I have had an account with them for going on 11 years and have had good experiences up untill this year. Their customer service is horrible, they will tell you one thing then call you a lier, they will not take blame for their mistakes and work with you on fixing their mistakes, and when you are on the phone with the customer service and with the Assistant Manager of this branch, you get cut off in the middle of a sentence and get talked to like a child. My wife is a Branch Manager at another credit union and has worked at many banks and credit unions in multiple states. She still can not believe the way ATFCU talks and treats their customers.

They're not like the credit unions of old where it was people that made decsions not cold black and white policy. They are no different than your giant corporate banks. If you're looking for a good people person bank, look elsewhere.

This place will look for any reason to charge you a fee. I review my account via their mobile app, and it never once shows my account being in the negative. Yet, they insist my account was over drafted by an automatic draft and refuse to waive the fee, even though they can’t provide proof of their claim that my checking account was in the negative. Manager was rude, and constantly talked over me, hardly ever letting me finish a sentence. It was clear she had her rebuttal on her hip, ready to go, just repeating the same thing over and over,!meaning she wasn’t listening, and giving no substantial explanation. When I stated, “I need you to remove the fee please,” her response was, “you’re not going to talk to me that way.” ??? Terrible customer service, especially from someone that is supposed to be a manager.

I love the credit union. All of the employees are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I simply wish the had better hours, such as being open on Saturday too.
