My wife was employed by this company for a facility for almost 2 years. She was let go without a solid reason other than the position was being "eliminated". Her unemployment claims were fought by All Medical stating that they have other employment opportunities available that she was not pro-active in taking. My wife was calling their office every day for over a month, constantly leaving messages that were never returned. She received a single unemployment check and the rest was denied claiming All Medical had opportunities for her. She had been let go after voicing her concerns of constant HIPAA violations (which they wont ever admit) and that the trainers were teaching these violation practices. Could file a lawsuit under the whistle blower act but don't have the time or the money to pursue such an extremely lengthy legal battle that is extremely hard to prove.
