Overall Feedback:

I walked in and within a minute a woman talking on a cell phone came out of an office while talking on a phone. She told me she would be with me a one moment. Being that there was no one in the office, I was willing to wait. I waited 12 minutes for her as she was in her office on a call discussing something which should have been secondary to customer service. As I slowly opened the door to leave, she came back out, still on her phone and said nothing... guess I wasn’t important.
