I chose Allen Tate because of all the good information I received about the Ms Libby team. My realtor was Dan Ridley, who was informative about the process, no secrets or hidden procedures were kept from me. My house went on the market and was under contract the next day, which is where the fun started. My experience of selling a home then turned into a nightmare with the buyer-agent. Dan handle the situation extremely well and after almost 3 months we were finally able to close on the house. Having said all that, I will say the lines of communication were broken at times which frustrated me as a seller. All in all I would go with the Ms Libby team again.
