There is new management; new company took over, new hourly pay; 14 an hour, and it is not Geek Squad anymore. It really is a lot better than it was. The only downside is that it took them 6 months for me to get hired because my background had issues, even though my record is clean. Other than that, this place is not bad.

Was told I start Monday but when I showed up they said they are still waiting on my background to clear . Let me remind you, I’ve never gotten in trouble and have a clean record and every other job I’ve had do background checks the same day and your good To go. So if you want to alorica be aware you’ll be wasting your time trying to get a job they won’t give you. It’s been 3 days already and I have bills and rent coming up and now I have to go looking for another job ..thanks alorica .. from the mum with three kids who’s struggling to get by.

Their system is rigged so if you fail you don't have a chance to make it up. Also their supervisors are idiots. I lost money due to them

Was hired there but training date was pushed back three times due to "overstaffing" and red flags went off after the third time so I declined my offer.
