I wish it was possible to give a "0" as a rating.This business is extremely unorganized, unprofessional with highly suspicious practices. I have had an extremely difficult time with them after a notice of audit. They have not been helpful in helping remedy this situation for the very first tax form they prepared for us! Multiple phone calls and none returned. We will not be returning to them. I will be filing a complaint with the state board and the IRS Criminal Investigations Department. I am surprised they are even allowed to practice after the IRS raided their office in 2016.
