1 month after getting taxes done called to see whats going on... evidently "something" happened.... and it didnt get submitted. This has NEVER happened before when doing taxes. Very disappointed, been going here for 3 years loved it till this year. No one offered an apology or a refund for wasting our time. Matter of fact kind of got an attitude from the receptionist. 👎 Will be going elsewhere for our taxes in the future.
