So i am speaking on an employee basis. The company i just started for uses ABO. let's just say they have been amazing. Especially Molly Lowe. I had 2 issues with my benefits this first one she fixed within minutes. The second one is in the process of getting solved and even of it goes negative. Molly has helped me when she could've said there's nothing to do. She took the time and extra energy to help me out. That is what human resources is all about. So regardless of what happens knowing that somebody is in your corner is a great feeling.Thank you Molly and ABO, for the great work you guys are awesome!Any company considering outsourcing HR, look into America's Back Office

I called repeatedly asking for The Director of Human Resources Todd but there seems to be no follow up. This company works in HR for a non profit St Vincent De Paul. They do not respond call back for days, even weeks. Operations and communications are poor at best.
