Kris Anderson is awesome! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the tax code and will help you navigate through all of the layers of getting your taxes done correctly, especially if you have multiple sources of income or are self employed or have any type of complicated earnings or deductions. And she knows clergy tax code as well and is great for churches. We have been very pleased with her service over many years.

Went in 2018 to have taxes done, Lady seemed to be more interested in getting lunch and playing with her older Lab, then preparing my taxes, long story short, when she was done I ended up owing $3300 in federal, I then paid the $200 fee, YES $200 Yikes!!!!, and went to a reputable professional, who ultimately got me a $200 refund from the feds, AND only charged me $80. I actually called and left several messages in may of 2018 to Andersons, and guess what? I received ZERO response. Lesson learned : DONT Waste your time there!!!!
