Didn't show up for initial appointment!!! Didn’t call or anything. She said that was her son, not her & “maybe he wasn’t coming”. No apology! We had driven two hours from out of state. He arrived 20 minutes late. They didn’t order survey, didn’t call us back, we asked for survey again she never remembered our asking the first time with our offer. She complained that I called her more than once a day a few times in the initial process (because we live out of state), called us nasty people, then flipped it weeks later that I needed to call her, not her call me. I know because her phone wasn’t turned off & she was talking to office staff!!!!! No apology then either. She said “well, I didn’t know that you could hear me.” We canceled a cash offer on vacant land. I’ve bought & sold almost 8 properties worth almost 2 million in the last 2-3 years. I do NOT recommend Anderson Real Estate, try ANYBODY else.
