I would give Mr. Black and Andrew County title a ZERO sat on paperwork for almost 3 months and still not done what a disgrace. Two weeks ago said all he needed to do was proofread it. Proofreading still isn't done how do people run a busy like this. And there are others that work in the office my guess is they do nothing and don't know how to proofread. My advice you need to get another job cause this isn't working real well for you.

We have been involved with many different properties over the past 30 years in Missouri, Kansas, Hawaii and Alaska and I must say that the two closings we have had with Cliff Black have been the best! Cliff is very good at his work! There is always a certain amount of stress with any transaction. Cliff makes it look easy and painless! Keep up the good work!!

Would not recommend using them ever. Continued to provide our lender with the incorrect information and sat on our paper work for almost two weeks. Just one big headache I wish I could have avoided.
