Very poorly run insurance company (3rd party insurance broker), Employees/owner owner seems scattered brained and you have to make sure the coverage they say you have is what you have. I have brought my bill in to try to make sense of it and they give some run around answer blaming it on the providers. I would keep looking for a insurance company that sells/knows its own products and is not run like a small town circus.
