Jim mislead us when it came to some extra business attached to our 2016 taxes. He was not interested in helping us, only quickly doing our taxes and getting us out the door, while collecting his paycheck as fast as possible. We're only just now finally cleaning something up after a difficult 18 months of dealing with the IRS. Had Jim been honest and straightforward, we would not have had to deal with an extensive problem with the IRS, which we did not need to have. Plus, he's in a dingy office which you don't want to visit. Better off going somewhere else.
