I have had the worst experience with this company. I applied to one of there positions and at first someone was helping find jobs. Which was great then, just a few day things just got worst. The person that, I was working with pass me off to another person without telling me. The another person that I worked said there going to email me a job but, she never did. I try emailing and calling to follow up with them and I never heard anything back. If a company doesn't want to work with you anymore they should let you know not just ignore you.

I've been a contractor / consultant for most of my 29 years working. I've *never* had any consulting firm work so hard to get me a gig. Even once one recruiter had submitted me to two projects, 4 other recruiters from Apex offices all over (NJ, NC, MA) kept calling me and submitting to gigs that were excellent matches - they clearly read my resume thoroughly, understood my skills, and weren't just keyword matching. I got feedback from each recruiter along the way, and in under two weeks from first contact, I accepted my first offer (for the 100% remote gig I preferred from the start). I can only imagine the other low reviewers are new to consulting or very inexperienced. Everyone I've met at Apex whether over the phone or in person has been kind, real, communicative and sincere. I look forward to continue working with Apex in the future (although, as a seasoned consultant, I understand better than most that the market / who's hiring when I come off of contract dictates which consulting firm finds me my next gig more than any other factor). I'd welcome the chance to work with Apex recruiters and account managers from any office!I hope these other reviewers learn something about setting their expectations as their careers (hopefully) grow. Acting out and acting entitled to your next gig won't get you far.

If you are looking for sporadic to no assignments, no action to follow ups, grossly inaccurate job descriptions, lies about your workmanship...then you've found the right place. Otherwise, continue looking, there are better agencies.

As a company, they are not interested in keeping their contractors working. Was assured that my contract was solid and that if it was terminated by the company they were confident they'd keep me working. Two months have passed since I found out that my contract wouldn't be renewed (my manager told me, Apex had no idea) and I have not heard from them since. They have not sent me one single lead for a job, nor asked me how I'm doing looking for work. Incredibly disappointed with their lack of professionalism.
