They're an OK company to work for. It really depends on who's your Ops Manager and Site Supervisor. I had to deal with constant threats of termination if I didn't do overtime, phone calls from superiors waking me up after I've ended my shift and went home, and lousy co-workers but that's possible anywhere. You do get paid weekly though which is nice. My advice is keep under the radar and let them know you can't do additional hours beyond the schedule you signed up for, otherwise they'll hound you to come in on your days off and they won't stop. Hope this helps,EDIT: No longer working for this sub-par company, they can't even get their payroll correct. Coworkers were led to believe they had to continue working beyond 16 hours if there were no relief. Two former coworkers worked 24 hours straight, with no apology or anything of that sort from upper management. It's a miracle this company hasn't been taken to court yet. Changing the review to 1 star. If you're able to get a "low key" site where you basically keep to yourself with minimum contact from management, then go for it. The clients aren't the problem. If it's a site like the one I worked at where I had to deal with lousy coworkers and awful site supervisors because they hire anyone despite what their website says, then by all means, give it a go. You'll be back to reread this review, and I'll have one more thumbs up.
