Went to APS in 2015 needing full time employment. Spoke with Mia and she said she had a company looking for someone with my skill set. It's now 2018 and I'm still with the company APS found for me. MIa was very professional and informative through the whole process. Everyone from APS has always been a pleasure to work with.

I was seeking employment back in 2014 and was struggling finding any openings in Victoria, TX. I went to APS and sat down with Mia and she immediately went to work searching for any job that I might fit into. After about a week of research she was able to find me a job that perfectly fitted what I was looking for and fit my skillset. Mia did a wonderful job handling my case and now after years of working for my company I can honestly say that Mia did an amazing job finding me an awesome company that puts family first and is a comfortable environment for me to do my job in. Thank you so much Mia!!!! If it weren't for you I wouldn't know where I would be today!!

I went to APS back in 2013. Mia not only helped me with my Resume she has placed me in great jobs. Mia has always been helpful, courteous and professional. Has always gone beyond to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend APS to anyone who is needing help in finding a job. Great staff!

I've been working with APS for the last 7 years. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and the employees working there! Mia is the best, her willingness to go above and beyond to find the you the right job is outstanding! And, is something I haven't found at other employment services. I have worked with other agencys in the past, and the people working there were unprofessional, and and did not take the time to mach me to the job. All in all terrible experiences!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND that anyone needing employment or any company for that matter, that may be looking to hire temporary employees or temp to hire, give APS a call! It the best place to go. I would not take my business anywhere else. Mia and the rest of the staff have never let me down!!

I went in to APS back in 2016, seeking employment, about a week later Mia found something for me. I rolled over to the company and was hired on permanently. 2 years later and I'm still employed at the job Mia placed me at. I recommend APS to anyone who's looking for a job to go and ask for Mia. She WILL get you taken care of. She also assisted me on my Resume, I would send her a rough draft and she would recommend changes and I would fix the corrections, she never made me feel like I was a bother to her.

I was told she would rather hire a guy who JUST got out of prison for selling 50 kilos of cocaine, then to hire a guy who has been out of prison since 2008(me), with an unrelated drug charge! I was totally shocked that she said she feels I was lying on my app when it was clearly filled out that I had a felony charge from 2004 lol. I would never recommend anybody to this place! Waste of time and very, very unprofessional! Kevin Ruiz at Goodwin Personnel we’ll work hard for you and get you a job that will make YOU happy; never had a problem even with my background lol. If anything my background helped me get a job more than it has not helped me. Lol APS Personnel is not the place to go!

They sent me an email stating that a job I applied for on line that I didn't match well with and if I could come into the office and sign up that they had something more in my line. Once getting to the office it didn't start off too good due to staff attitude so I left. They called me and talked me into coming back so I did and signed up. Meet with Mia and she talked like she had a place in mind and to be waiting for the call for the interview. That was I believe Jan or Feb of 2018. It's now mid May and I have heard from NO ONE!!!!! Still waiting

I want to start off by saying how thankful I am for APS helping me find the job I've been searching for. This job treats me with respect, great attitudes and extremely professional. I've been here a week and they're paying for my classes through the college so I can be a better asset to the company. They take care of all their employees. I highly recommend seeing Mia. She never gives up and she didn't let me go without either. While she was finding me something permanent she was giving me small temp jobs in-between. All it takes is having faith in someone.Thank you APS Personnel, will be sending a Christmas card and cookies !!!! God Bless You ALL!!
