Arbella is a great insurance company until you need to file a claim. Arbella will gladly take your cash but does not like paying out. I had house and car insurance with arbella for 11 years. In that time I filed a couple home claims. Both issues I implemented systems to prevent the issue from occurring again. What arbella paid me did not cover all the cost I incurred. I was not worried. I also paid out way more in premiums than arbella paid out to me. Well after 13 years arbella decided not to renew my home policy. Not a big deal but they did not leave much time to switch to a new insurance company. This ended up working in my favor. My new insurance company said arbella had 3 times the insurance I need on my house. Arbella way over insured me so they could over charge me in premiums. I now have the proper insurance on my house and I'm paying way less. Stay far away from arbella
