I choose Archer Halliday to help me with my taxes because I wanted to do business with a small local business over a large corporation. I am a low income wage earner in health care services. I won't be returning mainly because the price they quoted me for their tax services was inflated by $50.00 when I received the bill and they didn't seem to consider it important to talk to me about it when I inquired with payment. I got the feeling that I wasn't a big enough fish to bother with to them which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by going to a small local business. If choosing them as your accountants, I would get their service quote in writing.
