Complete joke! Had to give 2 samples for pre employment drug screen because my urine didn't smell right. If you have any medical training at all you would have asked if I had taken any medication, drank excessive amounts of water, etc. Instead I was placed back out in waiting room for 2 hours, talked down to by staff about how I shouldn't have a problem unless I couldn't pass etc, etc. Passed with flying colors. Maybe your staff is the problem not the patient.
