Yes, it's clean, and speedy service. The 2-stars are because I do not like how they end the procedure. Most places (Labcorp, Concetra) will give you a piece of paper with certain info regarding your test, not whether it was positive or negative just whether it was the right temp etc. I wanted paper verifying these things so that I could have this for my own records. People will lie and do certain things to cover their own butts or just to be vindictive and evil.As a response to the owners reply:Someone needs to ensure that employees are practicing these "new changes" that Test Smartly have put in place. I was not offered the option to receive a copy. I was told to sign here
