I've been coming here for a few years and honestly it used to be pretty bad. Long waits, technicians that didn't know the lab codes, etc. But in the last year they've gotten a lot better. Antoinette has been my tech for the majority of my draws and she is fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and just an all around great person. ARCpoint, if you're reading this, make sure you take care of her, she's the best!

Had to have a drug screening done for a new job. Took me a few tries to have enough urine for the sample. While sitting in the waiting room, I could hear the girls behind the glass window talking about me and saying I should have better things to do with my time than sit there and wait. And that if they were me they would have been sure to drink more water before hand. I have a nervous bladder and did not want to sit there but there is a 30 minute required wait between each try. Hearing them talk about me made me very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

A Pretty quick stop. The staff was friendly and professional, Although I will never stop finding it weird and almost embarrassed to hand my pee to another human being I don't really know at all, It's just wired. But that's just me, they do a great job

I went into the Holt office today for a urine screen and was greeted by very friendly, professional staff. Nothing but five stars.

To hell with all these haters reviewing this facility you just got caught so stop complaining n hating on the very nice staff that work there. How would you feel if you had to handle people's piss (prolly mostly drug addicts n prolly the ones on here complaining) all day. Give em a break if they seem in a bad mood! If I could give them 100 stars I would. Keep up the good work ladies. The big white guy with the crazy last Name! I'll continue to use this lab for all my future pee testing requirements lol
