Gloria greeted me and was very nice and helpful. They made an awkward experience comfortable and I appreciated their friendly nature. I was a walk in and they got me in right away with minimal wait time. Fast, friendly and affordable! If you are needing testing I highly recommend this location!

I had a really great experience going to Test Smartly for a pre-employment drug screening test. The staff was friendly, and they were able to get me in and out quickly so I was able to get back to work on time.

I used Test Smartly Labs to do some food sensitivity testing. I had been to my doctor about my eczema and she just kept recommending that I try different lotions and there was nothing I could do about it. I heard from a friend that eczema is often caused by a food allergy/sensitivity. So I went to Test Smartly Labs and had them do the test (I didn't need a doctor's order). I got the results within 2 weeks and found out that one of the foods I ate regularly, I was highly sensitive to. I stopped eating that food and now my eczema is gone. The staff at Test Smartly was very friendly! I'm very afraid of needles, but they did a great job of making me feel comfortable. I have since then, gone back for whenever my doctor recommends blood work. I end up paying less to Test Smartly than my deductible through insurance. I would highly recommend!

I had my pre-employment drug test at Test Smartly Labs in Lee's Summit. I was trying to move quickly because I was planning to go out of town, and the staff worked very efficiently. I was planning to be there at least half an hour. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes. Great place to trust with your employment drug screen!

LAB PERSONNEL NEED ADDITIONAL TRAINING!!! EXPECT YOUR EMPLOYEES TO HAVE TO GO BACK BECAUSE THEY DO NOT FOLLOW PROPER PROCEDURES.

Had an appt and they were 30 mins behind. Theu never told us and the receptionist was very rude when everyone started to ask what was going on.

Very friendly, did blood draw with no issues.... Normally I have problems with finding a vein.
