I give these guys a 5 because they are all friendly and very time efficient. The staff is awesome and always has a smile on their faces and they greet you with warm hello when you come into the lab. Their facility is clean. I highly recommend business to send their future employees here. They are quick and efficient with their work.

Very strange experience. I swear the employees who helped me we're worse than the people at the DMV, so sloth like and bitterly sarcastic. They were even cursing behind the window without even trying to keep it under control. Not planning on returning here again in the future. While cheaper than most other places, the atmosphere wasn't very welcoming.

What a great place! My husband and I needed to get some DNA testing done, and John was so incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. We were nervous and didn’t know what to do or expect and John was fantastic! I would highly recommend ARCpoint Labs to anyone who needs lab work done. Wonderful customer service! Thanks John 😀
