So I happened upon here on complete and total circumstance luck! And I’m glad I did!First I was assigned to quest Diagnostics I’ll copy a little of what went down because let’s face it it’s the internet and I’m lazy 😂Quest Diagnostics DOESNT tell you or your employer not only do you have your appointment assigned to you by your employer but apparently you also have to make an appointment with quest Diagnostics on their website.Typically no big deal, right?When you make child care arrangements, show up at 0700 on the dot, not a soul in the parking lot, or in the office, you have a smile and a cheery attitude and your met with the coldest most unprofessional customer service, that puts a damper.Not only did the girl immediately roll her eyes at me like I should’ve known better, told me (despite them not having anyone there to test) that I could make an appointment two weeks out! I practically begged, showing my documents I brought with me showing I had just a short window to take this drug test and pleading with any shred of humanity she may have for her to persistently turn me away. In the time that she could’ve done my drug test and sent me on my way knowing she did a good job and had premium customer service, she raised her voice, had terrible posture, rolled her eyes, and then finally told me that she had a paper with other places I could try out. Even when I was handed this list, and kindly said thank you, I was still met with hostility and a sarcastic sideways smirk. I did go to ARC Point Labs of Vancouver by the mall- talk about 5 star service! So overall I would sincerely highly recommend ARC Point Labs! I was in and out in under ten minutes, service was exceptional and they laughed along with me at the ridiculous experience from Quest Diagnostics and said I wouldn’t believe how many other people have shared the same story! That’s for making my experience much better and totally easy!
