I've worked for a couple of different employment agencies over the years. One of the most important characteristics of an agency (besides providing steady work) is a good team of placement representatives. I'm very happy with my representative, Noori. She works so hard to get me placed on assignments, is a great communicator, always prompt in responding to my calls and emails and most of all treats me as a person, not just a resource to be used. All agencies have their pros and cons. In addition to my great rep, another pro is that Arlington Resources provides medical insurance. Two cons are that the time entry system is manual. I prefer being able to enter my time online and there are no paid holidays or vacation time. It's all about balancing the pros and cons and overall I'm happy with Arlington Resources.UPDATE: I found out that there is a holiday pay program that covers 6 holidays that you are eligible for after working 1000 hours. There is also a bonus program where if you work 1500 or more you can earn a $400 bonus. Additionally, there is a referral bonus program.
