At Arlington, I had the great fortune to work with Barbara Verdin. Being a Recruiting Manager myself, I understand from the job seeker's perspective the need for a strong recruiter partnership with someone who is empathic, resourceful, and who is actually focusing on my career needs rather than just attempting to plug in a quick need with a client.
