For over 10 years Denise handled my tax preparation, She did nothing But a professional job. She was always looking for the best for me and never displayed anything negative. Anyone who attacks her for anything is not listening.. I am now retired and on a fixed income if I needed taxes done I would still be coming to her. I live in Texas but still used her service there.She is the only one I trusted to do my Taxes.

Denise is AMAZING. I found her years ago after relocating to Florida. I had originally done my taxes with another tax service but after looking at them something wasn’t adding up. I searched through the phone book and found ASAP Tax Service (at the beginning of the pages of course), and Denise took the time to answer all of my questions. She told me to bring my taxes in and she would review them for me. She refilled my taxes getting me back twice what the previous Tax Service originally stated. I moved to Maryland and now to Louisiana. Denise still goes out of her way to do my taxes for me every year even though I no longer reside in Florida. I trust NO ONE ELSE. That’s Loyalty!

Absolutely the best place to get your taxes done my father got his done by Denise and now so do I and my family. I would never think of going to anyone else. I have gotten 5 years of nothing but the best service from here. She is quick and wonderful rates.

You will not find a more professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy company / person in Denise and ASAP Tax Service. She has been doing my taxes for over 20 years. I currently live in Apollo Beach and don’t hesitate to travel to Zephyrhills to have Denise to do my taxes. I know emphatically that she is current with all the yearly changes and with my complicated taxes, I feel competent that they were handled expertly. In fact, I have referred many people to her over the years and I know several of them are no longer in the area either, yet still travel to her for their tax needs. Trust me you will never go wrong having Denise take care of your taxes.

Denise is the best. ALWAYS treats us and anyone we’ve ever seen in her office with respect and kindness! Anyone who says otherwise has a skewed sense of life. She is up to date with all tax laws every year. We have been going to ASAP for 20 years, obviously we LOVE her.

Amazing service from a woman who cares about her clients. I have extremely complicated taxes every year. (Complicated for me) She makes the process smooth, easy, and less complicated. I have multiple w-2’s 1099’s and receipts galore from all the work I do as a contractor, independent business owner, and an employee. Denise not only understands what to do with the mess I bring her every year, but she takes time to explain it to me; If I ask. I have gone to ASAP Tax Services for at least 10 years, and there is no way I would ever go to someone different.

I must admit that I was concerned when I received a letter from the IRS. I drive by ASAP frequently. When I made contact with Denise, I felt confident and reassured. During my visit to ASAP, Denise completed 3 years of my taxes. I was impressed with her diligence and professionalism. I would highly recommend Denise/ASAP to anyone. She did a great job and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you Denise.

VERY stuck up as another client said earlier! WOW! A client was trying to walk in as I was leaving...it was a woman who was elderly and struggling even to get out of the car let alone walk into an office with a CANE, and Denise came running out (when she was actually was with a client in her office) and screamed at the woman that she couldn't park in the horseshoe driveway because she was supposed to park where the parking stopper were! She saw that the poor woman could hardly walk, yet she didn't really care and was very snippy and rude....poor lady! And to ME, she was rude and short and very unprofessional.. All I was asking for was information for someone and, even though it's a busy time of year (I'm a CPA in the same area of Zephyrhills), I would NEVER treat ANYONE the way she treats people, no matter who they are or what they were asking or how busy I was! I don't know how she keeps the clients that she has...really I don't.
