VERY stuck up as another client said earlier! WOW! A client was trying to walk in as I was leaving...it was a woman who was elderly and struggling even to get out of the car let alone walk into an office with a CANE, and Denise came running out (when she was actually was with a client in her office) and screamed at the woman that she couldn't park in the horseshoe driveway because she was supposed to park where the parking stopper were! She saw that the poor woman could hardly walk, yet she didn't really care and was very snippy and rude....poor lady! And to ME, she was rude and short and very unprofessional.. All I was asking for was information for someone and, even though it's a busy time of year (I'm a CPA in the same area of Zephyrhills), I would NEVER treat ANYONE the way she treats people, no matter who they are or what they were asking or how busy I was! I don't know how she keeps the clients that she has...really I don't.
