I recently visited Ascendo Resources and I must say I was very impressed with the delivered services they provided to help me further my industry/career search. Nick from Ascendo superseded all of my expectations. Mind you, I have visited several other employment agencies in Miami and have interviewed with several other recruiters but out of all my interviews this one was unique. Nick not only made me feel welcomed but also tended to my needs/goals, he helped me map out a solidified career plan, and he helped vamp up my resume to get my foot on the right direction. Most recruiters just interview you, they don't really take the time to know your needs, or they find you jobs that don't match up to your career goals/needs. Nick established a great professional relationship, he instructs you and helps prepare you if need be to make sure you head in the right direction of what you are looking for. Nick went above and beyond and gave me great feedback of where I professionally stand. Some recruiters don't even take the time to follow back but within a day I received an email from Nick.Although I have not been scheduled for an interview with a company for a direct hire position or have been hired for contract jobs through Ascendo yet, the trust and relationship that Nick implemented in our interview was honest and that made me feel confident of working with Ascendo. Tips: They are hands on so I recommend calling and scheduling an appointment instead of scheduling an appointment through email or their website. I went to their website and created a profile but that method didn't work until I called and scheduled an appointment.
