It always goes straight to voicemail without ringing. Then I leave a message and they never call back. It's very unprofessional.

This place is absolutely appalling. One more than one occasion I have applied for the PRC grant for assistance to KEEP A JOB and the woman overseeing it continuously denies it, for trivial reasons. This is supposedly a grant to help families to stay self sufficient and they go out of their way to deny and sabotage you. To call this "human services" is laughable. The people working here seem to find any excuse to deny people services and treat them horribly. I have called to complain to higher ups and departments overseeing this agency and no one ever returns my calls. Where is the oversight on an agency that is supposed to be helping people? I guess I will have to contact state representatives and voice my opinion on this joke of an agency and I most certainly will be. Must be nice to be small town white trash who think they are something special because they have a job, then deny people services to help them stay self sufficient and also have a job. If you are an unfortunate resident of this county do yourself a favor, if you are able bodied find and maintain employment until you can get out of this hellhole. Going to this office to seek help will be demoralizing and they will go out of their way to dehumanize and degrade you.

The staff doesnt need to be rude when I call i am a single mother with 2 kids another on the way. And i am doing my best to make deadlines with my job and bills. I dont cause any issues and it is completely rude and not necessary for the people at this place to act like complete jerks on the phone . Should act a heck of a lot better than that To people who are trying their best. Wish their was better staff and kind people who work at these places

They need to send out paperwork a month before needing renewed like they used to. For the last couple of year we would get the paperwork up to 7 days past the date it was supposed to be returned.

They're quick to send threatening letters when they want information for your benefits but it as, at this point, been a month since I sent in paperwork and I cannot get any info about if my kids are insured or not. Very unprofessional. This place needs new management or something.

It’s rare you can get anyone on the phone, even if you leave a billion messages that should be “returned in a timely matter.” Apparently, a “timely matter” means one to two weeks!!

Seems as though the negative reviews are mainly from welfare queens and smokers who'd rather buy cigarettes instead of providing for their kids. No wonder the employees are rude considering they have to deal with deadbeats on a daily basis.
