used to work for this placePros – Free lunch sometimes, good hoursCons – This is a very unprofessional place to work, they treat their employees like children. The owner's of the company are cheap and arrogant. You will not get a raise working here nor will you advance. It is a dead end job.They do not like their employees to know more than their managers.They will talk badly about an employee in front of other employees at meetings. There will also be meetings behind your back. They do not have a set way of doing things, everyday is different. The manager's are out to get you. You'r job will be threatened if you make a mistake on your work yet the assistant managers and the owner's wife can make major mistakes and they get away with it. I feel they are disrespectful of their co workers and could care less as long as you are making them money.Also some of the people they have put in charge of the 2 departments have no idea what they are doing yet the owner keeps them in their positions as long as the money keeps coming in. They encourage favoritism in the work place and have their own click, very immature in my opinion.They let the managers walk on the employees.The managers and the training are inconstant.The managers and owner are very demeaning at times.Advice to Senior Management – Hire people to be managers that can do the job, who have some sense of the business and legal process. Give people a raise who have worked there for a wile and are good employees. Pay more to stop the constant turnover. Come up with a training program that is consistent and stick to it. Treat people with the respect they deserve.
