Matt acted quickly following an application I made because he saw a good fit for the role that was available. A polite and inquisitive phonecall ensued where abilities,experience,proximity and remuneration were discussed. He is very easy to speak with and communicated quickly.I applied for a job Monday afternoon, had an interview on the Friday and a job offer the following Monday. I am very astonished with the good service the company gave me. Not only for the good process's outcome, but since the beginning of it. Simon found and proposed to me a position higher than what I was looking for, insisted I was the right person (beyond my doubts) and give me very good information. When I was selected for the 1st interview, he called me for advises. When I was selected for the 2nd interview, first Natasha then him trained me and sent me a very useful material. Finally, he called me various times after the selection to assure me and offer me the support of the agency whenever I will need. I add that my new company seems very good and I am very happy to work there. I don't know if Simon or Astute knew them and its good mood but I cannot be more thankful. very good job, thanks.Michele Tore
