I came in the office Thinking that I was an S corporation filed by legal zoom but come to find out that they had filed incorrectly as a C corporation and thank goodness Miss Rosine saved my butt of the tune of 10K changing my business back to a S-Corp. I would highly recommend her services when you are considering your taxes!

Excellent staff! Excellent service! Great value!I recently relocated from Michigan, and Rosine was able to make my transition to Gerogia a smooth one tax wise. I travel over an hour to meet with her, and she always takes time to answer any questions and is completely transparent with finances and fees. APATS handles my corporate and personal accounting, and I would not have it any other way!
