Tax Pro is correct! Due to my previous tax preparer not advising me correctly, I had to file an amendment and when I called him he said he was not familiar with the form I needed to add to my return and would not do the amendment. Ms. Jacquelin knew exactly what I needed and took time to explain the form and amendment process to me. She was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Ms. Jacquelin thank you so much for your time, energy and most of all you knowledge. Oh and the other young lady, I'm sorry forgot your name, was very professional as well not just with me but with every customer. Professionalism and courtesy seem to be lost in the business world but not at Atlanta Tax Pro. Blessings to you and your staff Ms. Jacquelin!
