I was terrified. I didn't know what to expect. I always did my own taxes. This go around I know I needed help and someone I can trust. Jackie answered on the first ring. She was very attentive to my concerns. She went over and beyond to address all my needs. She made me feel very comfortable. She was very down to earth and humble. I will definitely use and recommend her for any accounting need. She knows her stuff! She is definitely a tax pro! I didn't feel rushed. I appreciate the professionalism. I'm going to schedule an appt to be sure I can be get a spot for the upcoming tax year. She stays busy year round. I love that she is open year round and not one of those pop shop for a couple months. This makes me more comfortable.
