Overall Feedback:

If I could give zero stars, I would. It took them SIX MONTHS to complete our tax return, it was next to impossible to ever reach anyone at the firm or to receive a return phone call, and then we got a nasty letter in the mail (after having received literally NO bill or invoice previously) that insinuated that we were planning on not paying them. Terrible customer service. Terribly slow tax preparation - no reason given why it took them so long to complete it, and they never sent me the documents to confirm that they filed an extension despite me asking several times. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.
