They are there to do their jobs. The problem is deadbeat parents and those who dont comply with court orders. My suggestion is that they go after these people and punish them for their crimes. Which they rarely do. Step it up Ken Paxton. Do your job. People's welfare rely on it.

Im the custodial parent and the non custodial parent when to court in the year of 2014 or 2015. He's 2,000 and something behind. But he give the 13.83 for 1 child. What thats going to do. I wanted to go back to court to change everything but they told me ive got to get a lawyer for all of that and to be able to go back to court. But he have another man taking care of his child making sure that she is happy. Thats not right then when he dont pick her up from school ive got to leave work to go an pick her up from school. They arent helpful at all they just there for a check.

The people who work at this facility definitely know what they're doing, I left with a huge smile on my face! They can read a deadbeat dad a mile away!

This place is terrible!! The only appeal to the mothers. Im the custodial parent, when i ask for any kind of help from them because the NCP, not paying her child support, i get the same answer " we will send out a letter." And when I ask the NCP for help I get responded with foul langauge and threats with police. Sad thing when we went in for a review the case woker felt so bad for the ncp because she and her husband have 2 other children that she lowered her support payment to 55.00 dollars (for 2 kids mind you). And even tried to get me to agree to forgive her arrears! I said no of course. The last email i sent was 2 months ago and i have not heard anything from the child support office. What about my children? The children she is financially responsible for, do they mean anything to the system?
